Delivery of fruit

Fruit for growers' distillation (apples, pears, plums) can be delivered during the opening hours of the distillery. The fruit must be delivered in bags (burlap, nylon) or in larger transport crates so that you can take it out of the car, have it weighed and tip it out easily. The delivered fruit must be ripe, must not be rotten, dirty and must not contain any hard particles.

The yield from 100 kg of fruit is usually around 8 litres of 50% fruit distillate. The yield depends on the ripeness of the fruit, therefore early varieties are less suitable because they do not contain as much sugar or aromatic compounds.

Issuing distillate

The finished fruit distillate can be collected after distillation from the company Beskydská likérka store. The distillate will be handed over in the containers provided by you that are suitable for easy handling and transport (demijohns – plastic, braided glass or in a basket). Absolutely unsuitable are small bottles (smaller than 1 litre), the filling of which is time consuming and causes other customers to wait.

You must collect the distillate no later than the end of the growers' distilling season (by the end of April), otherwise storage fees shall be charged.
